By using Grace Grants’ services, you agree to our terms and conditions, which establish the scope of services—grant research, grant writing, grant readiness assessment, and board development training—as well as timelines, fees, payment terms, and refund policies; client responsibilities, including timely access to documents, accurate information, and participation in trainings; confidentiality and data protection measures consistent with our Christian values; intellectual property ownership, specifying that final grant proposals authored by Grace Grants are delivered to the client while templates, methodologies, and proprietary materials remain the property of Grace Grants; limitation of liability and indemnification provisions to the extent permitted by law; cancellation and rescheduling rules; a dispute resolution process favoring mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Maryland; and a clause reserving Grace Grants’ right to modify terms with notice to clients—continued use of services following notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
